This lovely Danish residence is of high conservation value, and it underwent a total renovation and an extension. In cooperation with the developer, the architect designed the villa and chose the materials very carefully, in order to respect its conservation value. The villa already had many good qualities, which were respected and brought out. A new roof was added, as well as some extensions, and the basement was optimized and became fully functional. The beautiful red color of this villa was inspired by the typical old Danish houses.
