This architect-designed villa has previously been a sad single-detached house, which has undergone a vast transformation. After the villa was transformed it was sold as Denmark’s most expensive property, even though the cost of the transformation was not high. The surroundings and nature were studied and respected, which is part of the Greek philosophy, and the entire project was well thought through in order for the villa to gain all its unique, fine qualities. This house could not have been designed if it hadn’t been for the architect’s great background and knowledge of classical architecture. The main ideas behind this unique villa are good aesthetics, functionality and timelessness, which were the keys to make this property into a good investment for the developer.
